| My father, Karl Sindt, was born in 1891 northest of Macon and in 1899 moved southwest t o Naponee, living in Franklin from 1957 until his death n 1979. He and my mother were married in 1915, to which union I was the only child born because my mother died in October of 1917 after being scalded by a teapot with a broken handle.
